1. Purpose

The specific terms and conditions of sale, reservation, payment, delivery, as well as associated services (financing via partners) offered by [Your company name] (hereinafter "the Seller") to customers located in France, Belgium or Canada (hereinafter "the Buyer"), interested in purchasing new or used vehicles offered on the site.

2. Booking and visit

Any request to visit a vehicle (test drive, inspection) must be booked in advance, via our online form or by direct contact.

There is a charge for the tours. The cost will be specified at the time of booking. This amount may be deducted from the final purchase price if the booking is confirmed, or retained in the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled date).

3. Payment and deposit

For any confirmed order, a mandatory deposit of 30% of the total purchase price must be paid before any departure for delivery.

The balance (70%) will be settled before the vehicle is handed over — according to the agreed terms (transfer, international bank transfer, certified checks depending on the country, etc.).

If the deposit is not paid within [X days] of order confirmation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the vehicle will be put back online.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be arranged to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of ordering. Delivery costs and times will be specified in the offer.

The vehicle will only be released after receipt of the required deposit. No shipment or transfer of the vehicle will be made without this condition.

Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the condition of the vehicle (appearance, conformity, documentation) before signing the acceptance form. Any anomaly must be reported immediately in writing, otherwise the warranty will be void.

5. Financing option via partners

The site offers, via a "Partners / Financing" section, the possibility for the Buyer to take out a car loan with one of our approved financial partners.

This option will be offered as soon as the vehicle is selected, before the final order form is signed.

Acceptance of financing remains subject to the partner's agreement; the loan agreement does not automatically commit the sale until the deposit is paid.

6. Price, transparency and information

All prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros (for France, Belgium) or in Canadian dollars (for Canada), depending on the Buyer's currency.

The price includes the vehicle, preparation fees, and standard delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. Any additional costs (customs, international transport, homologation, local taxes) are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Every advertisement clearly indicates the mileage (for used vehicles), the year, the condition, the options, the history (if available), and any defects.

7. Warranty, conformity and liability

For used vehicles, we guarantee that all information provided (mileage, condition, history) is accurate. However, the buyer is encouraged to schedule a paid viewing or inspection to form an objective opinion.

After delivery, any claim regarding visible defects not previously reported must be made in writing within 7 days. After this period, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the vehicle as is.

In the event of financing through a partner, any warranty or after-sales services must be managed according to the contract signed with the partner.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs where applicable.

For the right of withdrawal to be accepted:

The vehicle must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, with the same fuel level as when received.

Any wear and tear or damage deemed abnormal may affect the amount refunded.

You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping, unless otherwise stated.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the refund approval within 1 to 2 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 working days following approval.

9. Refund Policy

We place great importance on your satisfaction.
If, after making your payment, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 72 hours from the date of payment to inform us and request a refund.

Any refund request made within this timeframe will be carefully reviewed.
Once your request has been received and validated, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1 to 2 business days.

If approved, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 10 working days, in accordance with the deadlines imposed by banking institutions.

After the 72-hour period, no refund request will be accepted.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the law applicable at the Seller's registered office.

In the event of a dispute, mediation will be attempted first. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those of the Seller's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
